Your cookie choice

We store your acceptance or refusal in your browser’s local storage under yardonauto-consent-v1 for up to 180 days. This preference is used only to remember your choice. The Google tag library is downloaded even before you choose or if you refuse. This download contacts Google and exposes technical connection information, including your IP address and browser headers. We suppress the referrer on this script request. Analytics measurement and cookies remain disabled until you accept; downloading the library is not the same as having no contact with Google. You can change your choice using “Cookie settings” in the footer. Withdrawing consent stops further analytics collection on this site and removes its accessible Google Analytics cookies; it does not undo processing that already took place.

Optional Google Analytics

With your consent, we use Google Analytics 4 to understand visits, traffic sources and interaction with our guides. Google receives technical and usage information such as page views, browser and device details, referring websites and interactions enabled in our Analytics property. Google processes network information, including your IP address, when receiving requests. Analytics uses pseudonymous cookie identifiers; this is not a claim that all data is anonymous.

The _ga and _ga_* cookies distinguish browsers and maintain session information. We configure these cookies with a maximum lifetime of 180 days, without renewing their expiry on each visit. Consent is the basis for this optional analytics processing. Advertising storage, advertising personalisation and Google Signals are disabled in our website integration.

Google Analytics is provided by Google Ireland Limited for users in the European Economic Area, with processing by Google group companies that may take place outside the EEA, including in the United States. See Google’s privacy policy, how Google uses information from partner sites and Google’s data transfer frameworks. Analytics data retention is managed separately in the Google Analytics property; the cookie lifetime above is not the retention period for reports or event data.

Google AdSense

We include Google AdSense code on every page to support this website with advertising. Your browser contacts Google to download the advertising library, independently of your analytics choice. Ad delivery and advertising privacy choices are managed through Google AdSense; the “Accept analytics” button only controls Google Analytics and does not grant advertising consent. Advertising can involve cookies and processing of technical and usage information by Google and its advertising partners. All guides and tools remain accessible when advertising is blocked or unavailable. Our calculators run in your browser; their inputs are not sent to our server or saved by the tools. Forms and search

There are no accounts, comments, contact forms, newsletter subscriptions, embedded videos or third-party fonts. If JavaScript is unavailable, the button above displays the controller’s name without asking you for personal information. Our own application does not implement browser fingerprinting. Search terms are used to show matching guides; the application does not save them. Please do not enter personal or sensitive information in the search field because the requested URL can appear in server logs.

Hosting and technical data

This website is hosted by Aruba S.p.A. Your browser sends technical information, including your IP address and the requested URL, to the hosting infrastructure so that it can deliver the page. The hosting infrastructure may record access and error logs for operation and security. These logs are separate from cookies and from any records created by this website’s application.

The application has no visitor database and does not create its own access logs. Hosting log settings and retention periods depend on the hosting service; this page does not claim that the hosting infrastructure retains no data. If we introduce other services or change how we use personal data, we will update this information and request any consent needed before new optional tracking starts.
