Our approach
Useful advice starts with good sources.
A useful guide tells you what to check, why it matters, and where the advice comes from.
Start with the manufacturer.
We consult official support pages and manuals for the equipment covered. Each guide lists its sources and the date they were last checked. Model-specific instructions take priority over general advice.
Make the limits visible.
We separate first checks from repairs that need professional help. We do not claim to have tested products, measured performance, or diagnosed your equipment remotely. An error message can have more than one cause.
Use AI transparently.
AI assists with researching, drafting, and organising this website. The guides are documentation-based and should be checked against the linked original instructions for your equipment. Generated images are labelled and do not represent real product tests.
Keep commercial links clear.
Display advertising may appear through Google AdSense. We have no sponsored articles or affiliate links. If an affiliate link is added, the relevant page will disclose it. Product recommendations should serve the problem being discussed.
Revisit advice as it changes.
A source-check date records when the listed documentation was consulted. It does not mean the manufacturer has not changed its advice since then. If something differs, follow the current manual and contact the manufacturer when needed.
